We’re looking for a Junior Growth Manager whose primary job is to open doors: reach out, follow up, create and book meetings with the right people in the market.

Your impact

You’ll generate qualified top-of-funnel opportunities through high-activity outbound outreach – cold calling, social outreach, email sequences, and structured follow-up.

You’ll be the first commercial touchpoint for many prospects and a key contributor to our pipeline creation. Working closely with the CCO, the Growth team and Marketing, you’ll help build a predictable outreach rhythm that strengthens pipeline coverage and accelerates commercial growth.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Executing daily outbound outreach through cold calls, and LinkedIn-networking.
  • Identifying and contacting relevant stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Qualifying initial interest and booking meetings based on clear success criteria.
  • Managing structured follow-ups until a clear outcome is reached.
  • Building and maintaining lead lists and stakeholder mapping based on our prioritization.
  • Capturing clean meeting context and qualification notes to support smooth handover to the Growth team.
  • Maintaining strong CRM hygiene (activity logging, lead status updates, follow-up discipline).
  • Sharing learnings and patterns from outreach to improve messaging and conversion.
  • Representing Coach Solutions professionally in first-touch conversations with the market.

Who you are

You’re comfortable being uncomfortable, persistent, and structured. You don’t need perfect conditions to perform – you create momentum through your action.

You might have experience from:
Sales development, outbound sales, SDR/BDR roles, recruitment, telemarketing, tech, consulting, customer-facing roles, or high-activity commercial environments.

And you:

  • Like the craft of outreach and the discipline of daily execution.
  • Are not afraid of cold calling – you see it as a skill, not a threat.
  • Stay consistent even when conversion is slow (you don’t take rejection personally).
  • Are structured and reliable – you track follow-ups and keep commitments.
  • Communicate clearly, confidently and can explain value in simple language.
  • Want to grow and learn fast in a company with high standards and meaningful products.
