Structural change in the ownership of Coach Solutions

As a part of a structural change within KONGSBERG, all maritime focused businesses currently in Kongsberg Digital (KDI) will be integrated into Kongsberg Maritime (KM) as of Q1 2025.

This includes Maritime Simulation, Vessel Insight, Vessel Performance, K-Fleet, Interconsult Bulgari Ltd (ICB), and Coach Solutions.

This change will not affect our customers or their daily operations.
